Q: What if I have goods of my own and just want them printed or embroidered?
A: No problem! We’ll do work on your goods that you supply. Just be sure to check with us and make sure the fabric is conducive to either screen-printing or embroidery. All goods must be clean before they come to us. Call us for a price.
Q: How many pieces do I have to order?
A: No job is too small or too large. We do from one piece to thousands of pieces. Just remember, the more you order, the cheaper it is per piece.
Q: How far in advance do I have to order?
A: Typically, most jobs take 2-3 weeks. However, we will do rush orders. We have an excellent reputation for meeting customers’ deadlines.
Q: What about reorders?
A: Reorders are easy. We hold on to your artwork so if you have no changes, there are no additional charges. Keep in mind, if your first order was large, and your reorder is small, the price per piece will change.
Q: Can embroidery be removed?
A: Embroidery can be removed on some goods as long as a larger logo is going over the old logo. This is most often used for name changes on personalized items. Please call for more information on your particular order.
Q: Can I get something other than T-Shirts?
A: Of course! We print on sweats, jackets, caps, towels, and umbrellas – lots of different products. We can also supply you with pens, magnets, coffee mugs, water bottles and trophies just to name a few. Just ask!
